Mechanical stress control

Large formats are sensitive to uneven bezel compression. Use uniform support points and controlled torque to avoid edge dead zones.

Grounding & cable routing

Most ghost touches trace to EMI, grounding, and routing near high-current lines. Re-test after final enclosure assembly.

Brightness + sealing as a system

For kiosks, plan readability and sealing together. Validate under real lighting and (if required) water film conditions.

Validation before deployment

We recommend a two-stage validation: (1) baseline test on bench, then (2) re-test after mounting,
because stress and grounding can change touch behavior.

No. This is a touch display module intended for OEM integration. If you need a complete finished unit, select a Touch Screen Monitor product.

When should we use optical bonding?

Optical bonding is commonly recommended for bright environments and reflective scenes to improve contrast and reduce reflections, especially on dark UI screens.

What do you need to quote quickly?

Resolution, brightness target, touch interface, operating temperature, and enclosure constraints. A drawing of your front bezel speeds up integration decisions.
