Match the display to
its cabinet position.
Start with the installation location, player interaction and host interface. EverGlory supplies touch/display components for the agreed integration scope.

Main Game Display
- Cabinet position
- Primary player-facing display.
- Common OEM request
- Flat or curved main-display location, readability and bezel fit.
- Engineering review
- LCD availability, cover-glass contour, display/touch interfaces, mounting and heat management.
- Supply scope
- PCAP overlay, touch-LCD module or open-frame monitor subject to the approved project scope.

Interactive Button Deck
- Cabinet position
- Player-control surface below the main display.
- Common OEM request
- Inclined player-control interface with touch areas and possible mechanical apertures.
- Engineering review
- Glass outline, aperture-edge clearance, sensor layout, controller position and touch response around the cutouts.
- Supply scope
- Custom PCAP glass and sensor assembly; bonding or module integration only if validated.

Topper & Secondary Display
- Cabinet position
- Cabinet header or secondary screen location.
- Common OEM request
- Wide-format secondary display or header screen, optionally touch-enabled.
- Engineering review
- Panel sourcing, aspect ratio, brightness, cable routing, mounting and viewing geometry.
- Supply scope
- Feasibility review. A 29-inch bar-type display or finished topper requires a verified specification before it can be quoted as an available product.

Player Service / TITO
- Cabinet position
- Auxiliary interface near card, ticket or player-service hardware.
- Common OEM request
- Compact auxiliary touch interface near card/ticket/player service hardware.
- Engineering review
- Host interface, cut-out, installation space, cleaning and user interaction.
- Supply scope
- Touch panel or integrated display module; this does not cover ticket-validation or payment-system certification.

Three supply levels for OEM integration. The quotation identifies the agreed components, interfaces and validation scope.
Custom PCAP Touch Panel & Cover Glass
- Best for
- OEM already owns the LCD and cabinet integration.
- What we can quote
- Cover glass, PCAP sensor and controller assembly to the reviewed drawing and agreed test scope.
- Needed from OEM
- Glass OD, VA/AA, cut-outs, edge finishing, FPC/controller and test conditions.
Bonded PCAP + LCD Module
- Best for
- OEM needing LCD + touch in an agreed mechanical stack.
- What we can quote
- Touch-LCD assembly with the selected panel, agreed optical or air bonding and defined connections.
- Needed from OEM
- LCD/interface, optical/air bonding, cover-lens drawing and mounting limits.
Open-Frame Touch Monitor
- Best for
- Cabinet with external gaming controller/host electronics.
- What we can quote
- Monitor assembly with agreed video/touch connections, mounting provisions and power requirements.
- Needed from OEM
- Video input, touch return, power, mounting, brightness and thermal profile.
OD: outside dimensions · VA: viewing area · AA: active area.
Turn cabinet requirements
into a reviewable plan.
A touch panel needs to work with the selected LCD, cabinet, power supply and game board. Share the integration inputs below to define feasibility, open risks and sample checks.
USB HID and I²C interfaces require matching to the chosen controller and host. A legacy 3M interface or C/J-curved assembly requires separate compatibility and feasibility verification.
What to provide for the engineering review
Scroll horizontally to read all columns. Keyboard: focus the table area and use the arrow keys.
| Review area | Buyer should provide | Engineering feedback |
|---|---|---|
| Mechanical | Cabinet drawing and glass cutouts. | Design-for-manufacture open items and mounting risks. |
| Electrical | Game-board output, touch bus, controller ID and firmware. | Interface compatibility plan; legacy 3M compatibility is subject to testing. |
| Optical | LCD resolution, brightness, lens finish and bonding demand. | Panel and optical-stack feasibility. |
| Reliability | Grounding, wiring, cleaning, duty cycle and environmental criteria. | A verification plan for the specified configuration and installed conditions. |
| Production | Drawing revision and expected volume. | Sample baseline and release/control plan. |
Verified Engineering References
Published references describe specific industrial touch configurations, not completed casino-machine qualification.
Scroll horizontally to compare the configuration and its limits.
| Reference | Published configuration | Scope / limitation |
|---|---|---|
| 15.6-inch PCAP touch display | 16:9; 10-point USB PCAP; 12.7 mm reference module stack. | Controlled reference design, not a shipped Gaming SKU. |
| Touch acceptance criteria | ≥100 Hz report rate; ≤25 ms response; ±2 mm linearity. | Defined acceptance targets for the reference configuration, not blanket completed test-pass claims. |

Management-system certification does not certify a complete gaming machine. Project qualification remains tied to the agreed equipment, configuration and test requirements.

Clarify the scope
before requesting a quote.
Bring the relevant drawings and host details so the review addresses your actual cabinet.
Do you manufacture complete casino slot machines?
No. Dongguan Ever Glory Photoelectric Co., Ltd. supplies touch panels, touch-LCD modules and touch monitor hardware for OEM integration. Complete cabinets, gaming software, payment hardware, jurisdictional licenses and machine approvals are outside this supply scope.
Can you supply a 43-inch or 55-inch C/J-curved gaming monitor?
Feasibility depends on the LCD source, curvature, cover-glass drawing, mechanical structure, bonding and controller requirements. A complete monitor needs a separate engineering and sample review; these sizes are not presented here as verified standard Gaming models.
Can a proposed controller replace a 3M legacy touch interface?
Please provide the original controller/monitor model, touch protocol, USB VID/PID where available, host system and firmware. Compatibility can be confirmed only after verification against the intended host; a matching connector alone does not establish a drop-in replacement.
Can your team review a button-deck glass with holes and cutouts?
Share the lens outline, hole positions, edge clearances and active touch region. The review considers sensor routing, FPC exits, controller placement and supported glass edges. A sample must verify touch response around the apertures in the installed assembly.
What is needed for a useful engineering quotation?
Provide the cabinet drawing, display position, panel/AA/VA dimensions, flat or curved geometry, cutouts, LCD/video interface, touch bus, host OS, operating conditions, sample quantity and forecast volume. The review should define a feasibility response, recommended supply level, open risks, quotation scope and sample plan. Specific lead time and MOQ are stated only after confirmation.
