This 12.1-inch outdoor touch monitor stays clear in full sun and works in the rain. It pairs 1000–1500 nits with optical bonding and anti-glare glass. As a result, text and maps stay readable at noon. In addition, the IP65 front bezel blocks dust and water. Therefore, you can mount it in open-air kiosks, EV chargers, ticket machines, and wayfinding totems.

To start, use the panel kit and the cutout drawing. Then connect video and USB. After that, power up and run the touch test tool. In case of harsh coastal or alpine sites, add conformal coating or a heater kit. Moreover, field-replaceable power modules and cables reduce downtime.

Does it handle strong sun?
Yes. High brightness plus bonding and AR glass keep screens readable. Even so, use a ventilated enclosure in peak summer.
Will touch work in rain or with gloves?
Yes. The PCAP controller supports light rain and common gloves. We can also tune sensitivity.
What if I only have DisplayPort?
Choose the DP option or use a DP-to-HDMI adapter.
Can you supply a panel PC?
Yes. The same front module can pair with an SBC for a sealed HMI.
