How to read these values: the figures demonstrate design, tolerance, FPC and controller integration capability. Temperature, hardness and optical values shown on a drawing are design requirements; a tested-performance claim requires the matching validation record.

Controlled engineering references
Real drawing data, presented in a public review format
The summaries below are derived from controlled EverGlory engineering files. They show the level of mechanical, optical, electrical and environmental definition available before sample release while keeping customer-specific information out of the public page.
10.1-inch projected-capacitive touch panel
Cover lens: 2.0 mm. Sensor: 0.55 ±0.05 mm. Total stack: 2.75 ±0.2 mm. The source drawing also defines the FPC/controller position, front/side/back views, dimensional tolerances and approval fields.
Controlled source: drawing EG-SY-10.1-A-1609V1, issued 24 April 2020. Optical targets include >85% transmittance and >6H surface hardness. Values apply to this reference drawing only.
10.1-inch high-brightness touch monitor
The controlled specification defines a −20°C to +70°C operating target, −30°C to +80°C storage target, capacitive USB touch and a sheet-metal enclosure with external or wall mounting.
Specification boundary: contact ±4 kV and air ±8 kV, performance criterion B, are specified reference requirements in this engineering file. A compliance statement still requires the matching completed test record.

Frequently asked questions
Can you customize the cover glass, FPC and touch interface?
These items can be reviewed as part of an OEM PCAP or touch-display project. Feasibility depends on the target dimensions, controller, host system, tooling and qualification requirements.
Why are public reference drawings marked for reference only?
They are de-identified capability examples. Only the project-specific drawing revision approved by both parties can be used for sample, purchasing and production control.
What should be checked before optical bonding?
Confirm the LCD outline and viewing area, cover-glass design, bonding material, total thickness, tolerance stack-up, flatness, sealing, visual criteria and installation stress.
